Cleveland Jr.’s vow of chastity may not be all he had hoped for after he overhears Cleveland making fun of him. Meanwhile, Rallo takes an interest in attending Church.

Reuters are reporting that The Cleveland Show has received a full 2nd season order. The series was originally given a 2nd year renewal for 13 episodes way before the 1st episode even premiered, and now it seems Fox is so sure of the spin-off that they’ve extended this to a complete 2nd season for the series.

This ensures that The Cleveland Show will remain on our screens at least until 2011.

Sunday, November 8th:
9:30pm: “Cleveland Jr. Cherry Bomb”
Cleveland has “the talk” with Roberta, which scares Cleveland Jr. into taking a vow of chastity. Meanwhile, Rallo becomes a church greeter in an all-new episode that also features guest voices by Jason Sudeikis, Arianna Huffington and Jamie Kennedy.

Sunday, November 15th:
8:30pm: “Ladies’ Night”

Sunday, November 22nd:
8:30pm: “A Brown Thanksgiving”
In a Thanksgiving episode that features guest voices by Craig Robinson, Daryl Hall and John Oates, Cleveland celebrates his first Thanksgiving with his new family and discovers a surprising secret about Donna’s Auntie Momma (guest voice Kym Whitley).

Three weeks into the new season and new comer The Cleveland Show has beaten The Simpsons, both on Fox, in the ratings for a second week! An impressive feat for the Family Guy spin-off. On Sunday night Cleveland managed 7.8 million viewers (a 14% drop on last week) whilst The Simpsons was watched by 7.5 million (an 18% drop).

Family Guy is still the most watched of Fox’s animated shows attracting 8.9 million viewers (a 12% drop); American Dad was watched by 6.7 million (dropping just 6%).

So The Cleveland Show seems to be doing very well for Fox. Is this a surprise or a no brainer? Are you enjoying the latest from Seth MacFarlane and co.?

Attempting to get Cleveland Jr more friends, Cleveland invites the neighbor kid over to the house. However, when he overstays his welcome, Cleveland has a rough time trying to get him to leave.

The Cleveland Show Season 1 continues tonight with the the episode premiere of “The One About Friends” on Fox.

Cleveland is concerned that Cleveland Jr. has no friends, so he invites his neighbor Lester’s son Ernie (guest voice Howerton) to their house. A neglected Ernie becomes too attached to the family, leaving Cleveland to call child services to have Ernie taken back home. When the plan backfires, Cleveland helps Lester get his son back.

Cleveland, wanting to make his new stepdaughter like him more, asks her to accompany him to the school’s father/daughter dance. All goes well until Cleveland has a mishap with the family pet and ruins his chance.
